The Mashatu Game Reserve covers 29,000 hectares (72000 acres) of privately owned land in the conserved wilderness area known as the Northern Tuli Game Reserve. This exceptionally diverse landscape includes wide open plains, grassland, riverine forests, rocky hills, marshland and majestic sandstone ridges.

Mashatu Lodge
Forteen luxury suites lie along the camp’s perimeter and are designed to allow absolute privacy and a communion between the bush and its inhabitants. Watch elephants splashing at the waterhole, listen to the lyrical melody of the woodlands kingfisher on a branch overhead, smell the grassy scent of the bushveld, touch the bark of an ancient tree and inhale a breath of air so pure, it’s intoxicating.

Based on return flights being on a Friday / Saturday / Sunday / Monday you can arrive on Saturday and depart on Friday or Arrive on Sunday and depart on Saturday or Arrive on Monday and depart onn Sunday. Tthe return flights are not private charters you will be sharing with other people travelling to and from Mashatu. The flights are between Lanseria and Limpopo Valley Airfield deparing Lanseria at 11h30 and arriving at Limpopo Valley at 13h00. The return flight leaves Limpopo Valley at 14h30 and arrives at Lanseria at 16h00.
Includes: Luxury accommodation, all meals, selected beverages(local wines, spirits, and beers, soft drinks, teas and coffees, and refreshments on game drives/walks), Wi-Fi, and laundry. An option of a guided game walk and game drive or two guided game drives per night’s stay. Return flights are at no charge, provided they are on the days stipulated above. Transfers between a hotel in Johannesburg, or OR Tambo International Airport, to and from Lanseria included. Transfers within Mashatu Game Reserve, to and from Limpopo Valley.
